WADDRA members Peter Undy, Darryl Porter, Stephen Griffin and the McCosh family travelled to Melbourne for the Motorvate Melbourne event.

Motorvate Melbourne is a focus group for all car lovers, they're trying to convince the Victorian Government to build a dedicated 1/4 mile track in Melbourne as it's been 10 years since the last ANDRA Championship Drag Racing.

The WA Government built Perth Motorplex, the NSW Government built WSID and the QLD Government helped to build Willowbank Raceway.

WADDRA is currently in the process of getting their own permanent built track here in Warrnambool, you can support them by becoming a club member via their website.



Well over 600 cars & at least 16,000 car lovers showed up for the day which included, Top Fuel fire ups every hour. Which was a great taste of what they can actually do out on the drag strip.

This is a very serious problem I'm starting to see more and more often. People downloading photos from this website and removing the watermark and then uploading to websites such as Facebook.

It's been happening for a while now but I've had enough of it.

I'm more than happy to let people share the photos, that's the whole idea of the website. But as soon as someone removes the very small credit that is placed on all photos I do get very annoyed.

I will be sending copyright infringement notices to all parties that are involved from now on if I come across any. That be it Facebook, MySpace and Forums.

A new watermark has been created to make it near impossible for the watermark to be removed. I actually dislike the whole idea of the watermark, but this is just the way it is.

If you want it without one BUY the photo don't steal it.
